Once you have completed your purchase, you will immediately receive an email with a download link for the recipe.
The recipe is delivered as a PDF file that you can save and print.
If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder – and contact us at support@heleneskov.com if you still cannot find it.
I haven't received my knitting pattern.
First, check your spam folder—sometimes emails end up there by mistake.
If you still can't find the email with the download link, please write to us at support@heleneskov.com, and we will resend the recipe as soon as possible.
I can't download my knitting pattern
If you are experiencing problems on your mobile phone or tablet, first try opening the link from a computer.
