1. General
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made in the online store of Helene Skov, CVR: 15220201. You can always find the current terms and conditions at www.heleneskov.com. Agreements are entered into in Danish and are not filed in a public registry.

3. products, shipping and delivery
- Physical goods: Yarn and yarn packages are sent by parcel distributor to Denmark and the EU. We do not ship to the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Norway or other countries outside the EU.
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days in Denmark. 3-10 business days in the EU.
- Shipping rates: DAO to a pickup location or home delivery in Denmark: 49 DKK. Flat rate to EU countries: 149 DKK
- Digital patterns: Available as downloadable PDF files.
4. Important message when purchasing
If both a physical and a digital item from a non-EU country are added to the cart, the purchase will not be completed. To purchase digital patterns: please remove the physical items from the cart.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:- Card payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more)
- PayPal
- MobilePay (for Danish customers)
- Digital products: Payment is deducted immediately as the pattern is delivered immediately as a download.
- Physical products: The amount will not be deducted until the order is packed and shipped, in accordance with Danish law.
6 Prices and VAT
All prices in the online store include 25% Danish VAT (DK VAT), regardless of the customer’s location. Prices may be displayed in other currencies depending on the customer’s location, but the final amount will be charged in Danish kroner (DKK).
7. Right of Withdrawal and Workshops
There is a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for physical goods after receipt. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend shipping with tracking and keeping the receipt. For digital products (PDF patterns), the right of withdrawal does not apply, as delivery occurs immediately upon download.
- Workshops and events: The purchase of tickets for workshops and events with a fixed date is binding, and there is no right of withdrawal, cf. Section 18(2)(12) of the Consumer Contracts Act.
- Transferring tickets: Tickets may be transferred or resold to another person. However, you must notify us in advance by emailing support@heleneskov.com.
- Cancellation: Helene Skov reserves the right to cancel a workshop if there are too few registered participants. In the event of cancellation, notification will be provided no later than 2 days before the workshop is scheduled to take place, and the full amount will be refunded as soon as possible via the original payment method.
- Other expenses: Helene Skov cannot be held liable for participants’ personal expenses incurred in connection with any cancellation, including transportation, lodging, or similar costs.
- Force majeure: Helene Skov cannot be held liable for cancellations or changes resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control (force majeure).
8 Complaints
There is a 2-year warranty on physical goods, cf. the Danish Sale of Goods Act. In the event of errors or defects, please contact support via e-mail. Complaints on digital patterns only include technical access to download.

10. Liability and disputes
Helene Skov is not responsible for indirect losses, technical errors or delays in downloading. Any disputes are settled under Danish law by Danish courts.
