How do I receive my digital knitting pattern?
Once you have completed your purchase, you will immediately receive an email with a download link to the pattern.
The pattern is delivered as a PDF file that you can save and print.
If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder - and contact us at support@heleneskov.com if you still need it.
I haven't received my knitting pattern.
Check your spam folder first - sometimes emails end up there by mistake.
If you still can't find the email with the download link, write to us at support@heleneskov.com and we will resend the pattern as soon as possible.
I can't download my knitting pattern
Try opening the link from a computer first if you experience problems on mobile or tablet.
If it still doesn't work, send an email to support@heleneskov.com - and we will help you access the pattern.
