Physical goods

Physical goods are shipped using the delivery options shown in the online store at checkout.

In Denmark, parcels are normally delivered to the stated delivery address. If delivery to the address is not possible, the parcel will instead be delivered to a nearby collection point in accordance with the carrier’s current delivery terms.

The current shipping charge is always shown before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times are normally:

Denmark: 2–5 business days
EU: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are counted from when the order has been processed and dispatched.

Some goods may be shipped directly from our supplier. If an order contains several items, they may therefore arrive in separate shipments. This does not result in additional shipping charges for the customer.

Physical goods are delivered to Denmark and to the EU countries enabled as delivery destinations in the online store. If you cannot select a particular country at checkout, we do not offer delivery of physical goods to that country.

Digital products

Digital knitting patterns are delivered electronically as PDF files. After payment, the customer receives access to the download through the online store and/or by email.

There are no shipping charges for digital products.

If an order includes both physical and digital products, the delivery terms for each product type apply separately.
