How do I receive my digital knitting pattern?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will immediately receive an email with a download link for the pattern.
The pattern is delivered as a PDF file that you can save and print.
If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder – and contact us atsupport@heleneskov.com if you still haven't received it.
I have not received my knitting pattern

First, check your spam folder – sometimes emails end up there by mistake.
If you still can't find the email with the download link, please write to us at support@heleneskov.com, and we will send you the recipe again as soon as possible.
I can't download my knitting pattern

First, try opening the link from a computer if you experience problems on mobile or tablet.
If it still doesn't work, please send an email to support@heleneskov.com – and we will help you get access to the recipe.
